What is GDPR?
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) proposed by the European Commission will strengthen and unify data protection for individuals within the European Union (EU), and and the same time addresses the export of personal data outside the EU.
Who does GDPR apply to?
GDPR is applicable to any entity that operates within the European Union, as well as any entity located outside of the EU that deals with customers or businesses from the EU.
