Bartosz Pundyk joins Kontomatik as Head of Growth

Bartosz Pundyk, a sales and fintech expert with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, has just joined the Kontomatik team as Head of Growth. He will support the team with his extensive experience in strategy development and new product development

Prior to joining Kontomatik, Pundyk was a board member and sales director at the global technology and consulting company, Self Learning Solutions, which provides a decision engine that automates and orchestrates business processes for organizations.

At SLS he supervised the development of sales activities in Europe, using his many years of experience in the fintech sector, specifically in the areas of financial services and consulting.

Pundyk's experience goes much further; in 2021, he was the sales director for Central and Eastern Europe at Experian, a world-renowned data analysis and credit reporting company. Recognized as one of the "Big Three" credit reporting agencies, Experian offers credit and analytics services in 37 countries. At Experian Pundyk was responsible for creating and implementing the company's market strategy.

Previously, Pundyk was sales director for the international CRIF group in Poland for 8 years, during which he was responsible for developing and strengthening the company’s business position. During his time, Pundyk introduced credit and fraud risk management products to the Polish market, which were adapted directly to local legal conditions. In the structures of CRIF, he was responsible for the sales and marketing strategy as well as the construction and development of the Credit Check platform, the largest source of data on customers in the non-banking sector in Poland, as well as the Safe-PESEL system.

He is a graduate of the Wrocław University of Technology in the field of Management and Marketing.

Kontomatik takes another step forward

As the Head of Development, Pundyk will be responsible for developing new solutions and introducing innovations to the existing solutions for Kontomatik customers.

His extensive experience will help strengthen Kontomatik's position in the financial sector, as well as attract new clients, enter new markets and strengthen the competences of the entire Kontomatik team.

Kontomatik has always targeted skilled experts, so Pundyk was a natural choice as another talented team member. His hiring is Kontomatik's second big move in recent months.

The previous one was the employment of Dr. Iga Sikorska, whose task is also to develop innovative analytical products in the field of open banking.
